Torn's item market is the primary source (every item, every scan); TornW3B bazaars are a secondary check on the top items and a backup if Torn has no price. "Undercut lowest" = $1 under the cheapest price that has a full load's worth of units at or below it, so one lowball listing doesn't set your price. Plan items are re-checked when they're over 5 min old.
Prefer city shops unless players pay
Shops buy instantly, any amount, no fee. Worth it for export goods (Raw Ivory, Pangolin Scales, Counterfeit Manga, Whale Meat…), where shops pay about what players do; plushies, flowers and drugs fetch little at a shop.
